As Rebuild Africa our heart is bleeding for betterment of Africa. Africa once dubbed the black continent continues unabated its trend of not satisfying needs and aspirations of its especially the youths and it’s underdeveloped citizens. The current nature of global conflict and the array of threats confronting African Nations require now solutions and pooling of ideas to shape a comprehensive and conclusive response. As citizens of Africa and entire we need to rise up and say a big “NO” to terrorism, unrest, poverty and xenophobia. Terrorism and xenophobia presents a serious and sustained threat to the Africa and Africa progress. The Terrorist and xenophobia groups seek to cause widespread disruption, fear and intimidation. They use violence as a means of publicizing their causes motivating those who might be sympathetic to them and intimidating those who do not sympathize.

Youths are not a security threat but are leaders of tomorrow. We need Youths and all citizens to be fully involved in nation building and programs that seek to improve their well being. In targeting youth duty bearers we have to ensure there is gender equity and quality so that there are no disparities in our programs. Every son and daughter of the African soil has a right to participate in resource mobilization and capacity utilization so as to fully benefit as citizens of the continent. Let’s ensure that youth are meaningful involvement in country level affairs before they get lured into terrorism, xenophobia, drug trafficking and other vices. Let’s have an inclusive approach where every citizen feels the country ownership and so will find rebelling against fellow citizens a needless enterprise.

For this framework to succeed it must be implemented as an Africa wide project where Rebuild Africa as focal initiator will visit and have a continuous dialogue with Africans leaders or there proxies (AU). These is a high stakes diplomatic project that’s needs Africa’s commitment in addressing the concerns of continent citizens.

Rebuild Africa engages in humanitarian and community developmental Charity Projects as to rehabilitate fellow Continent men and revitalize our communities. Major and core sustainable project is to empower and engage the continent as whole in improving the well being eg on humanitarian basis, scholarships, providing shelter, feeding schemes, inheriting orphanages homes, entrepreneur empowering – holding leadership success coaching seminars for free as far reaching those in remote areas taping the potential, to have seminars in investments and hosting nation building forums in Africa.

We want to launch online newspaper for Rebuild Africa which will motivate youths and citizens to be involved in nation building, profiling best and motivating reports, news gathering from the remote areas to the cities in Africa. We want to turn Rebuild Africa blog http://www.enosden.wordpress.com into a global online news platform promoting nation building in Africa .We will have news gatherers in every

Field Monitoring visits – Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (MER) will conduct field monitoring visits within communities and stakeholders to validate on reported activities and expected results, and to use observation to inform reporting and feedback.

Progress review meetings – these will be done every quarter for the purposes of reviewing progress against set targets (basing on set progress markers), SWOT and PESTLE analysis, discussing lessons learnt and best practices, as well as mapping way forward to improve programming in line with set objectives.

Reporting – in order to effectively track progress and change, narrative and statistical reports will be produced quarterly and at the end of the project to the donor. Activity reports will be produced as activities happen and these will be kept in soft copy and hard copy to be shared with the donor as and when required to produce evidence of interventions.

It’s high time we cover transformative stories where people tell and share their stories from experience to have actual, accurate and authentic information for community development, service delivery, policy formulation and action in the fight for development. Patosh Media is a humanitarian and solutions journalism oriented NGO media platform looking to change traditional media story reporting through covering and disseminating documentaries and feature stories compelling reports about key responses to social problems for human social development.

Seeking for funding to acquire more equipment and personnel/volunteers to join the team to help produce more and better stories all around Uganda so that the delegated officials and the global network can intervene to support in building and bettering livelihoods. For so many years the media in Uganda has been the voice and framed the stories of the people to fit their desired results. In the event of the struggle to break news, attract advertisers and make money the humanitarian aspect to reporting is lost. And I’ll be grateful for your support in helping and enabling others tell their stories for change.

STRIDE employs payment processing protocols and flows similar to how traditional electronic payment systems—such as credit, debit, andprepaidcards—are processed, which are already familiar to and trusted by millions of users and merchants around the world.

Being one of the sub averaged kids in my street that nobody paid much attention, I realized my potentials as a youth in a community and per my research,I found that the demand for a child care services steadily increases as more and more women enter the work force, giving up the traditional role of full time mother and homemaker. however from the past few years in my street there was a need to create safe spaces for the children to grow since the housemaids who used to tend these children being so mean. this led to the reduction of the number of women who recently joined the workforce so as they can tend their children. these problem persistency led to high dependency ratio which led to the compromise and stifled creativity and invariably undermined dignity of women because they were much dependent to the community aid. The housemaids were treating the children they nurse badly, there were several cases reported about torture and murder of innocent infants. In a grit to mobilize the chances I had,I came up with the solution to solve this problem. the solution was opening the child daycare services. The daycare led to the reduction of the number of street roaming children who were left at home with no guardian while their parents go for work. these children as they roam in the street they get to learn bad behaviors in the tyrannical Society. But also returning the women back to the work force.

Kisumu City Permaculture Academy is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. Our approach restores the lost livelihoods system by creating a natural agro-ecological ecosystem that enhances social, economic, human, political, environment and spiritual drivers of inclusion and prosperity. We create a community of practitioners who shares and supplements each other with eco-education, seeds, labor and food. Our mainstream permaculture strategy follows 18 Bill Mollison’s Permaculture Principles [1992] of mass regeneration and other consolidated natural principles from all scientifically proven disciplines. This will ensure self-regulating, self-sustaining, permanently productive and regenerative soils, farms, gardens and plantations for our targeted farmers. This calls for creating natural systems including water retention systems like permaculture swales and mulch basins, green manure and improved barrier slope protection.

Locally the overarching root causes of high poor soils and high poverty levels which needs to be addressed through our natural solutions.

  1. Poor and acidic soils – Add organic matter to the soil, reduce PH to recommendable level, increase biological activity, improve soil structure, reduce leaching losses and dries and warms the soil
  2. Poor farming methods – Reduce erosion, increase the supply of nutrients available to plants through nitrogen fixation, suppress weeds and Reduce pest and disease problems
  3. Overdependence on one cash crop such as maize, beans and sugarcane – provide supplementary animal forage and increase biodiversity
  4. Overdependence on rain fed agriculture – increase the soil’s water conservation, preservation and storage capacity
  5. High population density, Low level of entrepreneurial skills and Increasing number of widows, orphans and vulnerable children due to HIV and AIDS – increase production of food, nutrients and income [occupation] for humans
